SkyLink® Citadel

SkyLink® Citadel provides a new standard in maritime and mission-critical communications. Easy to install and operate, this resilient anti-piracy solution delivers seamless HD voice and data connectivity to the outside world, even in the most remote and austere environments. Leveraging the Iridium Certus® satellite network, SkyLink Citadel provides two HD voice lines and the ability to send and receive messages and emails from a laptop. The mid-band data rate offers 88 kbps download and 22 kbps upload. With the flick of a switch, a SOS message is transmitted off the ship and battery backup ensures communications, even if the external power is shut down.
